The factory are located in Ensenada, Baja Caliornia, one of the main ports on the Mexican coast of the Pacific Ocean, it is a main area for fishing various species of high commercial value that have the coasts that bathe the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean
In mid-2011, the factory located in El Sauzal, very close to the fishing port, began its operations to freeze fish products.
In 2013 we presented to the Federal Commission for the protection against sanitary risks "COFEPRIS" the request for the verification of our processes. This being favorable and to this day it is still valid for both processing plants and aquaculture products.
In 2021 we started the installation of our mussel farm in Bahía Soledad. We request the concession in Bahía Soledad for the quality of the waters to ensure that we can offer a high quality product in the markets.
